My Approach

I’m Julianne Phillips, a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) and value creation operator with a foundation in revenue growth, sales leadership, and commercial execution.

Before moving into turnaround and exit-readiness work, I spent years as a top-performing individual contributor across SaaS and luxury retail organizations - closing new business, building C-suite ROI narratives, and consistently outperforming in competitive environments.

I’ve applied that foundation to lead business transformation and exit readiness for owner-led businesses.

Most recently, I led the turnaround of a Chicago specialty retail business from $971K in annual revenue to $1.99M while building the management systems, labor efficiency, and valuation readiness needed to support transferability and enterprise value. I also led relocation and sell-side support work for a Bay Area specialty retail franchise and completed a successful 2025 sale.

My approach is hands-on: I help owners stabilize revenue, drive sales growth, and prepare for successful transitions.
